Alex Trebek proclaims ‘I’m a 62-day survivor’ as Jeopardy host talks about his cancer diagnosis

Alex Trebek spoke about his pancreatic cancer diagnosis Saturday and said “there is hope.” The “Jeopardy!” host, who announced his diagnosis in March, told attendees and participants at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) PurpleStride walk at the Los Angeles Zoo, “Survivorship is measured starting from the date you are diagnosed with cancer. And on that scale, my gosh, I’m a 62- day survivor.”
