Sun, May 5: The former Harvest Hills golf course in northeast Calgary is now home to a new housing development, despite years of lobbying by local residents. Those who spearheaded the fight say they never had a chance and that the city needs to change its consultation process to avoid discouraging citizens in the future. Carolyn Kury de Castillo has more.
