Ahead of a face-to-face meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney said on Thursday that if federal bill C-69, which he calls the “no more pipelines” bill, passes in its current form it will threaten Canadian unity and he will tell the Prime Minister that he is prepared to launch a constitutional challenge.
