White House National Security Advisor John Bolton said that U.S. President Trump wants to see a “peaceful transfer” of power between Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro and Juan Guaido on Tuesday, but that all options were on the table in terms of sending military aid, as Venezuelan opposition supporters clash with security forces in the streets in Caracas.
