Pompeo maintains White House stance that U.S. did not pay North Korea $2M for Otto Warmbier hospital stay

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo maintained the White House’s stance on Monday that the U.S. did not pay $2 million to North Korea for hospitalization of Otto Warmbier, stating policy is they have “never paid” for the release of a hostage.
