Hospital describes wounds suffered by rabbi, 2 others in San Diego synagogue shooting

Staff at a hospital in San Diego where victims of a shooting at the Poway synagogue were treated, said on Saturday that two of the victims suffered shrapnel wounds while the rabbi suffered from defensive wounds and may lose one of his fingers as a result.
