Shinzo Abe wants Japan and Canada to compete in Rugby World Cup finals

On Sunday, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said his “sincere wish” is for Canada and Japan to compete against eachother in the finals of the 2019 Rugby World Cup, which is being held this fall in Japan.
