An Air Force Captain who was lost her son and her leg, in a highway crash in Kingston 13 years ago, continues to wage a war in the courts for compensation

This week, Capt. Kimberley Fawcett suffered a setback, when a federal court agreed, the Military doesn’t have to pay for her artificial leg – because she was “off-duty” when the crash happened.
