Homes along Ottawa River left flooded

Residents in Westmeath, Ont., about 140 kilometres northwest of Ottawa, are dealing with flooded homes after the Ottawa River burst its banks. Concerns remain high further flooding could occur, as the region is expecting rain on Friday.
