Day three of flooding in Saint John threatens to cut off access to 600 homes

Saint John has now been at flood stage for three days and despite the fact water is threatening to cut off access to about 600 homes, residents are slow to evacuate. As Silas Brown reports, people say they prefer to remain in their homes.
