Scotland’s first minister says country will prepare for independence referendum before May 2021

Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Wednesday that Britain’s exit from the European Union would have catastrophic consequences for Scotland, and proposed to set the nation on a path toward a second independence referendum.
