A Toronto judge has reserved his decision in a case involving 1,100 condo buyers whose home-buying dream was abruptly altered last April. As Seán O’Shea reports, the developer of the sold-out Cosmos condos in Vaughan held their deposits for two years before cancelling the project claiming they could not find adequate financing.
