CBE responds to the death of 9-year-old student but refuses to comment on specific case

Calgary Board of Education chief superintendent Christopher Usih attempts to answer questions from reporters on Monday about a nine-year-old girl who died by suicide. It’s the first time someone from the CBE has spoken publicly about the incident.
