White Lightning takes rural residents on a multi-town shopping tour

The White Lightning Shuttle Bus takes riders across the City of Kawartha Lakes during a multi-stop shopping tour. And while day includes a lot of store-hopping, shuttle owner Michael Bryant says it’s meant as a day to reach out to those who may be isolated, and foster a sense of community among riders.
