Street Corner Staple: Regina’s vintage popcorn wagon

An old popcorn wagon with deep roots in Regina has been brought back to life by the Civic Museum. Purchased by the Alecxe family back in 1929, for years it was a staple at the corner of Lorne & Victoria. Four generations of the Alecxe family worked at the cart, which continued to operate throughout the city until 1992. We look back at its history.
