Federal government gives Loblaw $12-million for new energy-efficient fridges

Canada’s biggest food retailer Loblaw has been offered $12-million in taxpayers money to convert its refrigeration systems to be more energy efficient. The move would help reduce emissions, but many are wondering why the company, owned by Canada’s third wealthiest family, need taxpayers help to do so. Mike Drolet reports.
