A man charged with fatally shooting a 10-year-old girl in Phoenix in an act of road rage has been ordered held on a US $1,000,000 bond. A court commissioner ordered the cash-only bond for 20-year-old Joshua Gonzalez during his initial appearance Friday afternoon.
