Cook County State’s attorney Kim Foxx spoke Saturday over handling of the Jussie Smollett case after multiple accusations by the Fraternal Order of Police to deliver a vote of no confidence in her office. She said she recused herself on advice of her office’s chief ethics officer and defended the office’s decision.
