Brian Michael Rini, the 23-year-old convicted felon who claimed to be Illinois teen Timmothy Pitzen who went missing eight years ago, has been charged with lying to a federal agent, which is punishable for up to eight years in prison, U.S. Attorney for the southern district of Ohio Benjamin Glassman said at a news conference on Friday. Glassman also mentioned Rini has done this twice before.
