Montreal Southwest residents turn tragedy into something positive

Ville-Emard residents are pushing for better signage on their streets after an eight-year-old boy was struck and killed by a car last week. People say drivers burn through stop signs and speed regularly, even though there’s a school nearby. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, residents worry if nothing is done, more accidents may occur.
