NATO is ‘preparing’ for world without INF treaty: Stoltenberg

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday, following a meeting of foreign ministers, that Russia is in violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty but outlined ways the alliance is “preparing for a world without the INF treaty.”
