Halifax commuters left frustrated by construction project shutting down Quinpool Road

It was a day of traffic confusion getting to downtown Halifax on Monday. Commuters using Quinpool Road to get to and from the heart of the city had to find a new route. As Alicia Draus reports, work to repair the crumbling Quinpool Road CN Bridge has begun and that means a detour will be in place for the next few month.
