EPA: Air quality following Texas chemical plant fire not yet a concern

A spokesperson for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) told reporters Thursday morning that favorable wind conditions mean the air quality for residents is not yet a concern following a massive multi-day chemical fire earlier this week in Texas.
