Halifax residents left to deal with construction debris, trash littering walking trail

A popular walking trail in a Halifax-area park has been marred by the discovery of garbage along the trail. A regular user of the Geizer Hill Park Trail recently found several large black garbage bags filled with construction debris. As Whitney Middleton-Oickle reports, that has sparked a call for park users to keep an eye out for illegal dumping.
