First Nations women continue to fight for gender equality in Peterborough

Activist and author Lynn Gehl says gender discrimination in Canada’s Indian Act continues to exist.

That’s why she and about a dozen others have been in front of Peterborough-Kawartha MP Maryam Monsef’s office for the last three Tuesdays.
