Chicago PD superintendent: City, police both ‘owed an apology’ on Smollett case

Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department Eddie T. Johnson told reporters Tuesday afternoon that he believes the city is “owed an apology” by the District Attorney for the handling of Jussie Smollett case.
