Drone footage published by local police on Wednesday, March 20, showed the extent of flooding in Bellevue, Nebraska. A bomb cyclone a week earlier contributed to historic flooding across parts of Nebraska and surrounding states. Governor Pete Ricketts called the event “the most widespread destruction we have ever seen in our state’s history.”
