European council president Donald Tusk made a statement on Tuesday in response to British Prime Minister Theresa May’s letter requesting a three-month delay to Brexit, saying that a short extension will be possible but is conditional on the positive vote of the withdrawal agreement in Britain’s House of Commons next week.
