Murray says she represented her community over Trans Mountain, but PM and cabinet make final decision

Joyce Murray, a vocal critic of the Trans Mountain pipeline, said Monday that she represented her community as an MP over the topic, but said it was the prime minister and cabinet who made a decision, but said she’d never accept the pipeline would be bad for climate change.
