A new report by the Wall Street Journal says the U.S. Department of Transportation is investigating the Federal Aviation Administration over its approval of the Boeing 737 Max 8 after the most recent crash of the aircraft, which resulted in the death of 157 people on board an Ethiopian Airlines flight.
