New Zealand shooting: CAIR calls Trump’s response to incident ‘hollow’

The Council on American-Islamic Relations spoke Friday about President Donald Trump’s response to the Christchurch shooting, saying it was a “first step” but was “hollow” and called on him to change his policies, and claimed his rhetoric gives a “fake legitimacy” to bigotry and hate speech.
