Former Vatican treasurer sentenced to 6 years for sexually abusing choir boys

County Court of Victoria Chief Judge Peter Kidd on Tuesday addressed victims of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church as he sentenced former Vatican treasurer Cardinal George Pell to six years in jail, telling victims his sentence is “not a vindication of your trauma.”
