Ten years after a fatal helicopter crash off the coast of St. John’s, there are concerns that not enough has been done to prevent future flights from ending in tragedy. Eighteen people were on their way to an offshore oil rig aboard Cougar Helicopters Flight 491, and only one person survived the crash. Ross Lord reports.
