Future of former Calgary golf course uncertain after report raises flooding concerns

Sat, Mar 9: A new report could halt a proposed development on a former city-owned golf course. The study has determined there would be a public safety risk with building homes on the former Highland Park golf course. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the city is now facing over $100 million in flood mitigation costs.
