Global News Weather School cruises into Kleefeld

With so many people asking, “why is it so cold?” it’s time we got some answers.
Grade 5 students at Kleefeld School learned how Manitoba warms up so much in the summer and stays so cool in the winter, the importance of longer days and the angle of the sun.
Students were able to learn about types of precipitation and severe storms.
By the end of the presentation, the Grade 5 students were equipped with tools to build their own forecasts and see for themselves whether they should make plans for indoor or outdoor activities this weekend.
