R. Kelly’s publicist says he’s ‘depressed, deflated, upset’ over being back in custody

R. Kelly’s publicist said Wednesday that R. Kelly was back in custody because he could not pay back the child support he owes in full and that he was “depressed, deflated and upset.” He had offered to pay part but the judge wanted the full amount.
