U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed during a House Homeland Security Committee on Wednesday that all girls over the age of 10 years of age that are detained at the Mexico border by immigration and security agents are administered pregnancy tests, due to concerns over sexual assault.
