Speaking before the House of Commons justice committee Wednesday, Gerald Butts, former right-hand man to PM Justin Trudeau, described the moment PM Trudeau informed Jody Wilson-Raybould she would be moved from Justice Minister and Attorney General to Minister of Indigenous Affairs.
