Jane Philpott follows Jody Wilson-Raybould in quitting Trudeau cabinet

A second high-profile female minister has quit Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s cabinet. Jane Philpott was mostly recently the president of the Treasury Board and also served as health minister.
