Treasury Board President Jane Philpott resigned Monday afternoon from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s cabinet over his handling of the SNC-Lavalin affair. When reporters spoke with Philpott earlier that morning, she remained very mum on the issue of SNC-Lavalin and Jody Wilson-Raybould’s resignation, escept to say she would address the issue at an appropriate date.
