No charges will be filed against the officers responsible for the shooting death of Stephon Clarke in March of last year. The Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced Saturday afternoon that while she considers Clarke’s death a tragedy for his family and community, the killing could not be considered a crime by her office.
