Donald Trump departs Hanoi after summit with Kim cut short, no deal reached

U.S. President Donald Trump left Hanoi on Thursday after he said he “had to walk away” from a nuclear deal at a summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un because of unacceptable North Korean demands to lift punishing U.S.-led sanctions.
