This week dozens of Fort Saskatchewan High School students will spin for 24 hours to raise money for cancer fundraising. Holly Rusnell, who goes to the high school and has brain cancer, and Tyson Turner, who lost his son to cancer and started the Smiles from Spencer Foundation in his memory, share more on the Spinning for Smiles bike-a-thon.
