Coroner says experience did not come into play in Humboldt mix-up of identities

Saskatchewan’s chief coroner said Monday that he’s positive about their updated mass-casualty plan but said a lack of a plan nor lack of experience had any play into a mix-up in identification of one of the deceased in the Humboldt crash.
