A Boeing 767 cargo jetliner heading to Houston, Texas, with three people aboard crashed Saturday into a bay just east of the city, according to officials. According to NTSB Chairman Robert Sumwalt, the flight was in a normal descent, when it began losing altitude rapidly at 6300 feet, followed by loss of communications.
