Attorney of activist who climbed Austin building in protest says ‘weather had a big part in what happened’

Therese Patricia Okoumou came down Wednesday evening after climbing an Austin children’s detention centre in protest of U.S. immigration policies. Her attorney George Lobb said, “I think the weather had a big role to play in bringing this to a peaceful resolution.”
