PM apologizes to Wilson-Raybould; JWR speaks in House

The Trudeau government has vowed again to speak to the circumstances that led Jody Wilson-Raybould to resign from cabinet, and this week’s surprise decision by top PMO aide Gerry Butts to quit his job. While the Trudeau government may be promising transparency, as David Akin reports, they’re a long way from delivering on that promise.
