U.S. Congress passes spending bill to avert shutdown, sent to Trump for final signature

U.S. Congress passed a bipartisan spending bill on Thursday to avert a government shutdown which will head to President Donald Trump for a final signature, but he’s signalling he will also declare a national emergency along with signing the bill.
