Matthew Matchett, a federal procurement official has been charged with breach of trust in connection with the alleged leak of confidential information around Ottawa’s $700-million interim supply ship contract. Vice-Admiral Mark Norman is already facing the same charge. But as Mike Le Couteur explains, this latest charge means the RCMP believes someone else could also have been behind the leak.
