Following disruptive outages and displacements at 650 Parliament and 260 Wellesley, Toronto is partnering with the Toronto Fire Department and the Electrical Safety Authority to target buildings which have neglected maintenance. The blitz will begin by targeting owners with a history of non-compliance and will look at each building’s electrical systems.
